Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had immaculate rooms with two full-size beds, listed for three adults and one child, parking available, but only barely fitting a baby cot. The service went out of their way to be helpful, though not very knowledgeable about various locations. The location was good for a swim in the heated pool but with noise and a nearby drug dealer. The dining experience allowed for meals prepared in the unit. Overall, a decent choice with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is conveniently located near Waikiki with very clean rooms and a very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and include a kitchen area and dining table, which was a pleasant surprise.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms felt like a home, spacious enough for four people to move around easily, and had a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the canal. The location was convenient, close to Duke Waikiki and all the shops, including a laundry room. The service was very helpful, quick, and accommodating to my requests, making me feel welcomed and comfortable.
The hotel was so great and comfy, with two full size beds and a wonderful view. The staff were very friendly and helpful overall, but there were some issues when the manager was rude and unprofessional during an unexpected visit to the room. The location was wonderful, just a short walk to Waikiki beach and shops, offering lovely views and close proximity to key attractions. However, the dining experience was limited to preparing meals in-room. The facilities were satisfactory, with parking being a great bonus.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped for a comfortable stay, perfect for relaxing after a day at Waikiki beach. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist with medical needs promptly. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by everything I needed. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the fresh French patisseries. Overall, a fantastic choice for a stay in Waikiki.
The hotel offers a great location just two blocks from Waikiki beach with lovely canal views but looks a bit tired. The rooms are clean and comfortable with full-size appliances, albeit in need of some updating. The service is friendly but inconsistent, especially with room cleaning. The dining experience is simple, mostly self-prepared meals. The facilities are decent with a pool and laundry room.
